Benito Nunez

Benito (Ben) Jose Nunez passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2019, at the age of 74. He was born April 16, 1945, in Fort Stockton, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents Atanacio and Catalina Campos Nunez, brother Nicholas Nunez, sisters Eulalia Garcia and Lupe Mora.

He is survived by his wife Terry Nunez of Midland, Texas, son Benny Nunez of Midland, Texas, daughters Gina Navarrete and husband Dimas of Midland, Texas, Tracy Trevino and husband Raymond of Midland, Texas, Catarina Chavarria and husband Orlando of Fort Stockton, Texas, Nikki Nunez and husband Dedrick of Midland, Texas, stepson Fernando Acosta and wife Tina of Carlsbad, New Mexico, brother Florencio Nunez of Louisiana, thirteen grandchildren and 10 great children.

Benito served in the U.S. Army and the National Guard where he served in Vietnam and Desert Storm.

A Military Service will be held on October 31, 2019, at 2PM at East Hill Cemetery, Fort Stockton, Texas.
