Carlos Galvan passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 70. He was born October 26, 1950, in Cameron County, Texas to Melecio Galvan and Zenaida Garcia who preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife Maria Galvan; Brothers Guadalupe and Daniel; sisters Gloria Santos and Virginia.
Preceding him in death were his brothers Erasmo and Clemente; his sister Pilar.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at 10 am at Heritage Funeral Home,
Rosary will follow at 11 am and the services will start at 12 pm at Heritage Funeral Home.
Due to the Coronavirus, occupancy will be limited at all locations.
