Celia R. Milan passed away on September 15, 2020 at the age of 90. She was born on September 5, 1930, and was a resident of Fort Stockton, Texas.

She is survived by her son Nicanor Milan and wife, Cynthia of Fort Stockton, Texas; brothers, Bivian Ramirez, Jr. of Farmington, New Mexico, and Joe Henry of Fort Stockton, Texas; sisters Estella Miller of Fort Stockton, Texas, and Carolina Chacon of Salinas, California; grandchildren Isaac Milan, Isaiah Milan, Tressa Milan, Daniel Bilano, Jennifer Camarillo, and Rachel Melendez; great grandchildren Krysten Milan, Eddie Madrid Jr., Aiden Lopez Milan, Jonas Milan, Zachary Milan, Viviana Milan, Iyana Milan, Lilyan Milan, Lucy Bilano, Daniel Bilano, Lillian Bilano, Anthony Rubio, Aubrey Bufford, Addison Bufford, and Lily Rose Garcia.

She was preceded in death by her husband Silverio Milan; parents, Vivian and Yesabel Ramirez; brothers Juan Ramirez and Celedenio Ramirez; sisters Maria Rios and Viola Hernandez.

A service for Celia Milan will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe, Downtown Location, on Friday, September 18, 2020.
