Charles (Bodie) Johnson entered rest on Monday, May 18, 2020 at his home in Fort Stockton, Texas. He was born November 7, 1942 in Evansville, Indiana to Charles and Mildred Johnson who proceeded him in death.
He loved his family, loved working on cars, and going to the coffee shop to visit with his friends. He enjoyed his career as an oilfield mechanic before retiring. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and lived most of his life in Fort Stockton.
He is survived by his wife, Glenda, of 47 years; daughter, Dolly D. Wilson, and spouse Douglas; sister Connie Williams, of Magnolia, Texas; and three grandchildren, Nicholas and Gabby Carrasco, and Ashley Johnson. He was proceeded in death by a daughter, Tammye L. Johnson.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 26th, at 10AM at the East Hill Cemetery in Fort Stockton, Texas.
