Elisama Rivera

Elisama Rivera of Fort Stockton, TX passed away Thursday, July 4, 2019, at the age of 49 years. She was born on February 11, 1970 in Mexico, to Carlos Escontrias and Efida Guevara.

Elisama was a loving caring person. She loved to bake for anybody. She loved her grandkids. She loved to make jokes and be funny. She was always giving everyone a helping hand. Her favorite shows were cooking shows, loved jewelry, and doing her nails.

Elisama is survived by her husband, Jesus Rivera; her parents, Carlos Escontrias and Efida Guevara; her sons, Miguel Angel Rivera, Juliza Rivera of Fort Stockton, Isaiah Rene Rivera; her daughters, Erika Rivera and Noel Melendez of Fort Stockton, Mayra A. Rivera of El Paso; her brothers, Domingo Escontrias, Adrian Escontrias, Hector Escontrias; her sister, Diana Escontrias; her grandchildren, Janeah Rivera, Jeremiah Rivera, Delilah Rivera, Leanna Rivera, Annalee Melendez, Tatiana Melendez, Noel Catarino, JR Melendez, Brianna Villareal, Sofia Villareal, Xamien Nahum Rivera, Adelynn Mae Rivera.

Elisama is preceded in death by her son, Jesus Nahum Rivera.

Visitation will be on Sunday, July 7, 2019, from 5pm-8pm at Heritage Funeral Home in Fort Stockton, Texas and on Monday, July 8, 2019, from 1-8pm at Templo De La Fe in Fort Stockton, Texas. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at Templo De La Fe at 10am in Fort Stockton, Texas, burial to follow at East Hill Cemetery in Fort Stockton, Texas.
