Ernestina Mercado

Ernestina "Tina" Gonzales Mercado, age 63, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2015 in Fort Stockton. She was born on July 12, 1951 to Jesus and Enedina Gonzales in Fort Stockton, Texas.

She is survived by her husband Diego Mercado of Fort Stockton, Texas; son Jesus and Delilah Mercado of Alpine, Texas; two, daughters Matilde Mercado of Fort Stockton, Texas and Elvia Mercado of Dallas, Texas; brother Hector Gonzales of Fort Stockton, Texas; sister Elidia "Lila" Martinez of Fort Stockton, Texas; six grandchildren, Lindsey, Lacy, Payton Weaver, Emmory, Eivary, Lucas Mercado.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jesus and Enedina Gonzales; brother Jesus "Tito" Gonzales.

A Visitation will be on Sunday March 22, 2015 from 11am to 7pm at Heritage Funeral Home. There will be a visitation at Heritage Funeral Home from 11am to 7pm on Monday March 23, 2015. A rosary will follow. The funeral service will take place at Saint Joseph Catholic Church on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 2pm. A graveside service will follow.
