Lewis Miller Robison Il, age 86, of Fort Stockton, Texas passed away on December 18th, in Ramona, California, due to complications related to kidney disease.
He was born on July 16th, 1936, to Miller and Eda Robison in Ozona, Texas. He was a resident of Fort Stockton for 50 years. He graduated high school from Marfa and served in the U.S. Army prior to graduating from Sul Ross State University with his BBA and MBA. He retired from the Texas Workforce Commission. In his free time, he enjoyed flying sail planes, helping with 4H shooting, cooking with the cooking club, and driving across West Texas in his Shelby Mustang on the weekends.
Mr. Robison was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Mary L. Robison; parents Miller and Eda Robison; brother Tom Robison. He is survived by his sons, Lewis Miller Robison Ill and wife Brandolyn of Ramona, California, Jackson Robison, and wife Taralyn of San Antonio; sister Ann Brown; brother Ray Robison; and five grandchildren, Austin, Everett, Aspen, Ainsley and Emily.
A visitation/viewing is scheduled at the Heritage Funeral Home of the Big Bend 301 N. Main St. Fort Stockton, Texas 79735 on December 31, 2022, from 9:00am – 12:00pm. Graveside service will be December 31, 2022, at 2:00pm at the Marfa Cemetery in Marfa, Texas.
