Lupe Ruiz

Lupe Ruiz, age 68, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2015 in Austin, Texas. He was born on December 12, 1946 to Epifanio and Herminia Ruiz in Fort Stockton, Texas. He retired from Childs Corp and was a landscaper.

Lupe Ruiz is survived by his siblings Frank Ruiz, Alicia Jimenez, Linda Ruiz, Eva Ruiz, Esmeralda Gutierrez, Daniel Ruiz, Mario Ruiz, Fabien Ruiz, David Ruiz, and Martin Ruiz.

He was preceded in death by his parents Epifanio and Herminia Ruiz; his brothers Luis Ruiz and Lorenzo Ruiz, and half-brother Enrique Duarte.

A visitation will take place at Heritage Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 from 11 to 7pm with the rosary following at 7pm. On January 22, 2015 a funeral service will take place at 10:30am at Saint Joseph Cemetery with burial Deacon Reuben Reyes officiating. Burial will follow at the Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery.
