Mary L. Robison, age 70, passed away on Friday, August 22, 2014. She was born on November 30, 1943 to Jack and Helen Hampton in Ballinger. She was a resident of Fort Stockton for 42 years and a member of First United Methodist Church. She was devoted to her church and family, she took the Walk to Emmaus, and was in the First United Methodist hand bell choir and was a member of the vocal choir. She was a 5th grade teacher of math and science in Fort Stockton for many years.
Mrs. Robison is survived by her husband, of 48 years Lewis Miller Robison Jr. two sons, Lewis Miller Robison III and wife Brandolyn of Ramona, California, Jackson Robison and wife Taralyn of Pearland sister, Donna Rogers four grandchildren, Austin, Everett, Aspen, and Ainsley.
She was preceded in death by her, parents, Helen and Jack Hampton brother, Jackie Hampton sisters, Sue Lee, and Margaret Kull.
A funeral service will take place at First United Methodist Church of Fort Stockton Monday, August 25, 2014 at 10:00 am with pastor Neely Landrum officiating. Burial will follow the service at Marfa Cemetery at 3:00 pm. Heritage Funeral Home of the Big Bend of Fort Stockton has been entrusted with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers the family requests that you send a donation to the First United Methodist Church of Fort Stockton.
