Raymundo Lopez

Raymundo O. Lopez passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at the age of 91. He was born January 7, 1929, in Big Spring, Tx.

Raymundo grew up in Odessa, Texas and moved to Fort Stockton to raise his family. He temporarily moved to Orlando, Florida, back to Odessa, Tx, and then again to Fort Stockton, Tx. He worked in construction driving heavy machinery and was also a mechanic. He loved working on classic trucks. He greatly loved his family and grandchildren.

He is survived by his brother, Lorenzo; sons, Ray Lopez, Jr., and wife Kim, of San Antonio, Texas, Mario Lopez, and wife Christy, of Fort Stockton, Texas, and Jesse Ramirez of Odessa, Texas; daughter Gloria Lopez and husband Joe of Orlando, Florida; and sister, Angela; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Jose Angel Lopez and Anizeta Ontiveros; brothers Jose, Frank, Manuel, Inez,  and Juan; daughter Estella Lopez; sisters Paula, Nora, and Trinidad.

Services will be held Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at 10:30AM at Heritage Funeral Home, 301 N. Main, Fort Stockton, Texas.
