Ted is survived by his Son, Jason McKenzie and wife Carrie McKenzie; from Tulsa OK. His Daughters, Misty McKenzie Hernandez and husband Robert Hernandez from Muskogee, Ok. and Teusday McKenzie from Utah. Six Grandchildren and four Great Grandchildren

A private service will be held at a later date.
