Tito Rafael Fernandez of Fort Stockton passed away Friday June 23rd, 2017, in Odessa at the age of 69 years. Tito was born on February 6, 1948, to Rafael and Manuila Fernandez in Fort Stockton, Texas.
Tito is survived by his sister, Rosa Ybarra.
Tito is preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Endino Galindo, Francisco Gonzalez, Rodolfo Gonzalez; and his sister, Ramona Leyba.
Memorial Service will be on Friday, June 30th, 2017, at 10am at Heritage Funeral Home in Fort Stockton, Texas.
