Ubaldo Luna

Ubaldo “Waldo” Sanchez Luna of Abilene passed away Monday, February 3, 2020, in Abilene at the age of 67 years. He was born on October 25, 1952, to Ubaldo and Cornelia Luna, in San Angelo, Texas. Ubaldo was a loving father and an awesome grandpa. He was super happy when he became a great grandpa.

Ubaldo is survived by his son, Joseph Ubaldo Luna and wife Ashley of Willis Point; his daughter Evelyn Marie Shanklin of Dallas, Yolanda Mae Luna of Abilene; sisters, Senaida Almadova, Delia Ramirez, Maria Gonzalez, Crestina Sanchez; grand children Nathan Rangel, Austin and Lucas Hopkins, Joseph Luna, Ryan and Rachel Luna, Chantel and Amber Luna, Nicholas Shook; great great grandchildren, Ruby and Roman Rangel.

Ubaldo is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Alberto Almadova Jr, Daniel Almoadova, Alfredo Almadova.

Visitation will be on Saturday, February 8, 2020, from 5pm-7pm at Heritage Funeral Home with a funeral service at 7pm.
